Privacy notice

This covers the details you give us when you register interest in BridgingDesk.

Who we are

Rocco Stone Ltd, trading as BridgingDesk, is the controller of your details. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC241746.

What we collect

• Your name and work email, and your company and phone number if you give them.
• Whether you are a lender, broker or both, and, if you choose to say, the size of your loan book, how many live loans you run, what would help most and what you use today.
• The link you arrived from (a referral name or campaign tag), if there was one.
• A one-way scrambled form of your IP address, used only to stop the form being abused. We do not keep the address itself.

Why we collect it

To contact you about BridgingDesk's launch and early access, and nothing else.

Lawful basis

Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

Until 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase — our database, hosted in London.
• Vercel — hosting for the website.
• Resend — sending our emails.

We never sell your details or share them with other firms.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to come off the list. Email privacy@bridgingdesk.com.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
